Desktop Resolution changed itself after Popups; Can't change back through traditional means; Screen

Basically what the title says. Out of nowhere, I started getting those black-windowed popups directing to my System 32 files. After I closed them, I got another popup for something I don't entirely remember (shucks, pardon me on that one). After closing it, my Desktop resolution changed automatically, to what I presumed was a 800x600.

Everything became zoomed in and windows/ desktop icons were humongous, as shown above. So I went to my screen resolution to change it back to normal. Changing it back to 1024x768, the resolution was still stretched out. How can I tell? Pixels on my binary drawings that should be anti-aliased are aliased while in 100% zoom, on both my browser and in my art programs.

This is what it looks like now. (It might look fine on your end, but I assure you it's stretched on mine; it's almost straining to look at.)
Here are my awful specs, as customary:

I tried troubleshooting myself with the handy stickied thread and by searching about on Google, but nothing I tried has yielded results, and I'm assuming I can only change it back through means outside my knowledge.
Sounds like your monitor doesn't correct itself automatically.
Try to find the auto adjustment on your monitor, usually you find it on a button that simply says AUTO.
This is something very unusual, but it's worth a shot.

Literally all I did so far was change it back to the correct resolution (although correct, it's still stretched) and suck it up. I'm not too savvy with this stuff outside of basic knowledge.
You looking at porn? (serious question)
Could of been trying to make you delete system32 and when that failed it went and deleted something else instead.
Yes, but a kind soul who added me said that it isn't that, but a Graphics driver issue.
I can't update it under the pretense that "My computer does not contain a proper graphics adapter."

Apparently what I printscreen still looks normal on other people's monitors, it's apparently my display and mine only.
A 300x300 circle looks like an oval to me, but to them it's still a circle.

My computer stopped recognizing my Graphics Card is what I got from this, looking into it.
On a side note, after you fix this problem, your motherboard and CPU are overheating. You should get some better cooling
Try to go to device manager, locate your graphics card under the tab display adapters, select uninstall, when it is done shut down the computer by pressing the power button once (like when you turn it on).
Doing this will shut down the computer normally.
Then you boot it up again, let Windows recognize something is off and you should be set.
This was something I did when I had similar issues with my GPU.
T'was a nice suggestion, but it didn't work unfortunately.
I think you might have a virus or something, because " black-windowed popups directing to my System 32 files." shouldn't randomly happen ever, and it won't let you install the drivers again either
Do a scan with MBAM and see if anything comes up
