• A few questions about overclocking

Hey, this is my first ever overclock and I just have a few questions for you guys. I've already managed to get a stable overclock through stress tests and fiddling with the UEFI with the help of some online resources. Firstly I want to know if this is a good overclock, I tried to go higher but I was not comfortable with the voltage required to get 4.8 since I am on air cooling (Hyper 212 EVO.) I also saw I could change the FSB speed, but I read it affects every other component on the motherboard such as the RAM. And finally, I want to know if the 81C maximum I observed while using AIDA64 to validate the OC is a safe temperature or if I should back down to ensure long component life? During regular load (like BF4 or rendering video) I observe temps from 50C to 65C.
Those are some really good clocks/temps on a 212 EVO and an i5. Like, pretty damn good i5 you've got there. Don't mess with the FSB speed though. And core ring? That may be uncore, naming varies per manufacturer. Honest if it is uncore it doesn't have to be anywhere near what your normal ratio is. 40 ratio is more than fine as it doesn't affect performance whatsoever.
