Hey guys, i don't know if this is the right place, if not please move to correct board. Hi, FP I'm getting my first TV for Christmas, yes, we do have one, this is my first HD TV of my own though. I've been looking at this site Not to buy from, but for some ideas. So, FP Recommend away Also, must be 250-350 32" HDMI Ports and AV Ports.
It's a fucking TV. As long as you buy it from a well known manufacturer and it has all you want it to, what more is there to it?
Get one with a built in DVD player and a decent warranty. It's more expensive but it is likely to break before the warranty expires. By this time the price of TVs will have dropped slightly so you can either buy the same TV and have money spare or buy a bigger tv for the same price.
Just get any TV as long as it's the right size and has the features you want. Same for most tech actually.
Same for most tech actually.
Except vibrators and flesh lights. :smug:
HDMI Ports and AV Ports.
Just about all HDTV's come standard with those now. The days of having only COAX IN like those cheapo CRT's are long gone.

AFAIK Samsung or Sony is the way to go
AFAIK Samsung or Sony is the way to go
LG too.

I would personally only ever buy Samsung or Sony, but if you're trying to meet a budget that doesn't always work out for you [editline]27th November 2010[/editline] i would go for the Samsung, honestly
http://flatpanelshd.com all you need to know ever.
uh no ignore this post. coming with a built in DVD player just adds to the cost and you'll probably never use it because i'm sure you already have a game console or something like that already
yeah it costs more at first but then when they break you get the same tv back and a bit more money depending on where you bought it. I'd rather keep replacing a tv and getting a small amount of money back each time than getting one that lasts past the warranty and then having to fork out full price for a new one when it does go faulty.
just get a monitor
just get a monitor
He's obviously looking for a TV for a reason.
