So i've had a Linksys WAG160N for about a month now and every time i turn my PC on it will usually say "Connected with limited access" It takes a reboot of the router to work again, and i have to do it every time It's the Version 1 running 1.00.09 Firmware Thanks in advance.....
Unplug it for five minutes. :smug:
Read the thread... I said "I unplug it for a period of time to make it connect properly"
Check your dhcp settings, you may only be handing out one address and the lease time is still set to it's default (like 6 days or something).
I've played around with it and done a DHCP relay to my Server 08 box which now hands out addresses
And that didn't fix it? check your servers dhcp settings...also you don't need to use dhcp relay to a server on the same segment.
Well it's Piggybacking DHCP from my server right now..... And it seems to be working fine, if not better
