"Display driver has stopped responding" Nvidia GTX 285

I know, i really should have binned this gpu by now.

It's every few frames the display driver stops responding after around 5 minutes it BSOD's.

I am currently running it completely underclocked in hope it will do something, any ideas?

I am currently saving for a new pc that will set me back £800 but it willl be a few months before i can get this.
