Facebook's been very very slow recently. Why, and does anyone else have this?

Only recently in this week has it been going so slow.

I type, my browser will SOMETIMES freeze, and then the writing shows up like 5 minutes later.

I typed 3 sentences and the writing was being really slow at catching up.

And yeah, it wasn't just me. My friends were also getting this annoying slow-down of Facebook.

That would explain the lack of news posts that day.

Are Facebook's servers dying or some shit like that? I can do jack shit and takes 5 minutes to message one guy to tell them I'm leaving Facebook because it's lagging the shit out of FireFox for some reason.

Who's been getting this shit recently? It's slower than YouTube for gods sake.

Whenever they screw up on a new feature, they always have to go maintenance it, and they always end up messing too much with their servers and cause a slowdown.

Oh hell yeah it works better........but it's confusing and very different so I don't use it.

But yeah Black-Ice, facebook has been slow for virtually everyone I know for quite some time. I think it seriously started slowing down in the Summer....like mid-July or something.
