Huh. So it's not a 'what if' scenario but kind of an epilogue/sequel. Looking forward to this.
you mean like how you were supposed to be more "thoughtful" and "tactical" in 1999 mode, which totally didn't just amp up enemy damage and lower the amount of hits you can take
I'm not sure I like how they aged her... she looks odd to me, not as likeable.
"I will say certainly you are picking up after the events of Infinite, and this is a person who has seen all the things you've seen in Infinite, and that's had an effect on her,"
Oh damn. So she knows all about Booker, but he knows nothing about her. That's actually pretty interesting. DLC that's technically a sequel already...this is totally worth the wait.

[sp]But the Elizabeth who's "seen all the things I've seen in Infinite" killed her Booker, and the remaining Bookers would have an Anna instead of an Elizabeth. Unless Elizabeth tear'd her way into another dimension with a still-alive Booker, in which case there'd also be an Anna hanging around somewhere.
Then again, they can get away with pretty much anything they want if they yell 'multiverse' loud enough, so who knows.[/sp]

In some ways she seems more like a woman, rather than just a young lady.

"some" ways? I think in EVERY way she's not an Infinite girl anymore.
but [sp]I thought all the Elizabeths started disappearing after Booker killed himself?[/sp]

[sp]One remained, not sure if she still remains there or disappears with screen fading.[/sp]

Its ambiguous.
[sp]As each disappeared a note was played, and on the last note, the screen cuts to black. Its possible she remained, or its implying she disappeared. We don't know.[/sp]

[sp]I thought it was implying Booker disappeared. The Comstock timeline required Booker to be baptised. If he died while he was baptised then that timeline can never happen, which means the timeline where Booker gave Anna to Comstock was changed so that Booker kept Anna. Both the Booker you play and the Elizabeth/Anna you rescue still exist, the only difference is they're in their original timeline.[/sp]
[sp]I didn't even finish the game because the story bored me, and reading these spoilers about it really makes me think "wow this is rly edgy omg"
not saying the game is shit but its a generic story twist[/sp]
Good for you.
Ermergerd. Hopefully this one will fuck my mind and have me thinking about it and discussing with others the possibilities like the original did. Aka the LONG bioshock discussion threads.
[sp]So from what I can gather, this Elizabeth is our BInfinite's Elizabeth only older, having existed beyond the prevention of Comstock and travelled across numerous realities after she helped drown her father. When that's revealed to Booker, I honestly feel she should probably reference the Von Braun amongst the places she's been.[/sp]

[sp] Elizabeth is Rebecca Siddons. [/sp]

Well I only played like an hour of Infinite so I don't know.
[sp]Our Elizabeth never went to the final baptism. Watch the ending again and you'll notice that the middle Elizabeth isn't wearing the brooch anymore and Booker even asks who she is.[/sp]

[sp]Also, this Elizabeth is most likely ours. They wouldn't give her the brooch if she wasn't. You might say that you chose the cage so she's not yours Elizabeth, but there's no way they could make it obvious for both groups - so they just stuck with the bird, which is what most people chose anyway. Either way, it's obvious that they wanted us to know that this Elizabeth is ours.[/sp]
BioShock Infinite is like playing some homeless guy's vivid imagination

what
Infinite is a amazing experience that shows us about race, religion and other subjects. I mean they made George Washington, Ben Frankling and Jefferon as [sp] gods [/sp]

For like the first couple hours, [sp]Then they drop all that stuff to focus on the tears and Elizabeth.[/sp]

well what else are they going to do? Booker's not in Columbia for any of that, he's there to find Elizabeth
