Well, I was just about to update my Nvidia GeForce 6150SE nForce 430, because I haven't updated it since I bought the computer, witch was about a year and a half ago I think. I came across some bad problems that the update brang, witch was the "Blue screen of death". The people sayed there monitor started to whack out and they bought a new monitor, but the problem reoccurred, so it was an Nvidia problem. Should I update my driver or leave it. I dont think I have a way of replacing my graphic card because it is an internal graphics card. Suggestions/Solutions?
Monitors don't cause bluescreens, are you on a desktop or laptop and what's your budget? [editline]04:20PM[/editline] If you're getting a bluescreen re-install all your drivers.
Update your driver
I have a desktop, and I installed the update, if anything goes wrong I might reformat. Edit: Well so far I my Far Cry has been crashing but Stalker SoC And Clear Sky work perfectly.
If you mean the first Far Cry game, then that's known to have some bugs. I remember having a lot of graphics issues with the first Far Cry, crashng would probably be similar too.
Well, it looks like the second to last update with this card had the issues, but this one seems to be perfectly fine. The moderator can close this thread if he/she wishes.
