• Chris Brown refused entry to Britain

Chris Brown has had to postpone his UK tour dates after being denied entry into Britain. His visa was rejected due to 'being guilty of a serious criminal offence' after being found guilty of assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Rhianna. He posted that he was refused entry onto his twitter page, although the posts were removed shorty after. In a statement, the Home Office said: "We reserve the right to refuse entry to the UK to anyone guilty of a serious criminal offence. Public safety is one of our primary concerns. "Each application to enter the UK is considered on its individual merits," it added. Source: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment_and_arts/10263828.stm
Words can't describe how much UK just owned Mr. Brown.
Oh no, what a shame...
and nothing of value was lost (User was banned for this post ("Meme reply" - TH89))
Nah we don't want him thanks.
That policy is bullshit. I don't like Chris Brown but why the hell can't someone enter the UK because of there past? Besides reminding them that they can't probably saddens them or pisses them off. Incoming wave a dumbs.
now lets ask him how hurt did you feel from a scale of 1 to chris brown
Hmm yes, his outlandish pop travesty he calls music is not of high enough stature for us british folk. Pip pip!

It just so happens Mr.Brown had an offence in his past thus he was refused.
That's a shitty policy that shouldn't be in place. This whole prevent crime movement is simply a method of continuing to punish criminals after they've served their sentences. I don't care if he's a sick fucker, a murderer, or whatever; if he served his time in prison, he shouldn't continue to be punished. [editline]11:21AM[/editline] there should at very least be an appeals system so you can gain access to the country if you prove you're not a threat or a flight risk
We've a Gordon Brown and at his size, that's enough thankyou very much.
"AND STAY OUT!" /caps
I'd pay the ticket fee just to see his face when he got the news.
As much as I don't like Chris Brown, this is pretty god damn stupid.
We can't have him running around our country beating our women.
chris brown needs to get an airport job.. his career has slumped tremendously and now he just features on other peoples songs and makes video blogs.. It would be interesting to see what he salvages from the huge damage he has made for himself.

The circumstance is that the person who is visiting should be allowed in if they have served their time in jail
UK > Chris Brown
Oh lol There is a girl in my maths class who will rage over this when she finds out. It will be fucking funny.
"Life" isn't life over here and we don't have the death penalty
life is a minimum of 25 years IIRC.
"Life" isn't life over here and we don't have the death penalty
That's irrelevant.
Good. We don't need any more women beaters in our country. Especially if they can't sing or produce good songs for shit.

Good he's an idiot anyway
disagreeing with this? my god some of you lot are just such little authoritarians; I wonder if you support blocking the westboro baptist church from coming into your country as well
Westboro are nothing but hate speech, I don't want them in Britain.
well if the UK won't take him where are we going to send him now? Canada?
