Alright, so, I'm running on a Belkin F5D8233-4v1 router, and I have this strange problem whenever I try opening my ports, and I run it through a port checker. It always says "Connection Refused". Some pictures should explain it better.

Any help? I'd be happy to give more information if you need any.
P.S. I've tried disabling my router firewall, no dice.
Disabling Windows Firewall/Antivirus firewall did nothing either.
According to google that error means the issue is with your computer refusing the connection, so the port is properly forwarded but your computer isn't doing anything with it. I'd experiment around and look at programs that could cause the conflict.

Also, are there additional routers on your network?

Nope, no additional routers, and I'll look for conflicting programs.
Make sure you have the service running as well. There wouldn't be a reply back if there was no service running to reply to a specific port request.

Thanks alot! I didn't know that I had to have the service running. Now my port shows up as open.
