Well find were your running the exe and manually put the icon on it.
yes it is that bad? they both have the same icon and it just looks bad. how do i put the icon on it manually?
Try restarting the computer?
My laptop did the same with Excel and Word and restarting the computer worked.
If not, you're affected by that shitty bug in 7 that sometimes erases the icon from the shortcut.
If so, the only thing you can do is change the icon to something else (as the same icon will never work again) or try recreating the shortcut.
(sauce for bug: my 7 installation and fraps. and some other tech forums)
