The decomposed body of an unidentified man was discovered Saturday in the backyard shed of a house on Detroit’s east side, police said.
http://www.freep.com/article/20130811/NEWS01/308110126/body-found-in-shed-in-Detroit I wonder if they will ever figure out this guys identity, he could've been some homeless druggy nobody that had no family.
Welcome to Detroit
Sounds like an average day in detroit.
As a resident of Detroit, I can't say i'm surprised.
;41828148']As a resident of Detroit, I can't say i'm surprised.
i'm so sorry for your loss
It was probably that hobo the mayor killed in a fight over that chicken bone that still had a bit of meat on it.
he could've been some homeless druggy nobody
Everybody's somebody to someone.
Everybody's somebody to someone.
Except if the someones are deceased
It was quite obviously this guy...
Except if the someones are deceased
Then it becomes a something.
Everybody's somebody to someone.
Who is this "someone" guy and why does he know everyone?
Everybody's somebody to someone.
everybodys nobody
I think the shock is that there are sheds without dead bodies in them in Detroit.
Baah, I think I give up being optimistic :/
Check the bottom of the river. Bet there's tons of decomposed bodies down there. [editline]13th August 2013[/editline]
;41828148']As a resident of Detroit, I can't say i'm surprised.
Are you one of those people that live 15 miles away from the city but still say "Yeah, I live in Detroit.", or do you really live in Detroit? Legitimately curious.

I did live in actual full on Detroit for several years though (and have spent pretty much my whole life in that general area.)
we finally found him we found jimmy hoffa
Man, Detroit sure sounds like an unearthly place to live in. I met a girl from there once, and she would almost always wear her headphones and go around dancing with her music in the streets here in Spain. When I asked her why did she always do that, she answered me that there are a lot of places back in her area in Detroit where she can't go around showing her iPod or her apple headphones, or she risks someone bad realizes that she's carrying something valuable and mugs her, or worse. She always had that "survival instinct" present whenever she talked to you about it. Tough shit, man.
Detroit is the new Florida man.
detroit is basically a third world country
The city is actually decomposing around him. Its an M. Night Shamalalan movie.
The east side is where all the bad shit happens.
How is this news, I thought every Detroit home had a decomposing body in it

That's one of the more common 'survival instincts' is to watch your back to make sure nobody is following you.
Are you one of those people that live 15 miles away from the city but still say "Yeah, I live in Detroit.", or do you really live in Detroit? Legitimately curious.
That's what I was wondering. I actually live in the city. I live in an apartment complex that faces the east side of the city. Last week there was three days in a row where a different building was on fire all around the city.

When I was a teenager I lived in a strip of run down (but large) condos right in the city, but I got out of there as soon as I could.
So, the newsworthy part is that it's the only one body of the day, or, that somebody actually put the body into a shed and didn't leave it on the street?
The east side is where all the bad shit happens.
No, all the bad shit happens in Highland Park. Highland Park is the dumping ground for DPD. All the shit heads they pickup that they can't book they drive out of the city and kick em out there.
The whole area is changing. My Grandmother used to live in Redford(About 15-20 minutes from Detroit) but we had to get her out of her house as soon as we could. Within a year she had 2 instances where her house was broken into, and one time where she woke up to someone actually stealing jewelry from her bedroom. The area's changing real fast. My dad works for Detroit Diesel and he can't even go out to a restaurant to get lunch because of how bad it is(He works midnight shift). On the way to work he usually just blows through red lights if no one is coming since he's almost been mugged 6 times from thugs at the corner.
