Garry's mod or GMOD Crashing After Sending Client Info

Okay, after installing the Stargate Mod everything was fine, a day passed and everything was normal, then the next day, it started to take more time than it is common for me to send client info, days passed and i couldn't join servers.
I defraged and verified GMOD, nothing happened, still the same, i decided to reinstall GMOD, worked? no, Deleted all my addons except the basic ones to play RP and other gamemods, such as Realistic CS:S weapons, WiRE, PHX (Wich comes with gmod) and Drugz mod and some Player Models and Kermite's SWEPS. It was fast, Sending Client time was back to normal (2-5 min) and stuff. Okay, closed GMOD, and then i tried to join server and Sending Client Info was taking longer (5-10 min) and after sending client info, gmod crashes giving me an errir relaetd with hl2.exe.

Anyone has a clue onto how to fix this?

System Specs (IT'S A FRICKING 2007 ACER LAPTOP OKAY?!)

Proccesor: AMD Turion X2 64
Graphic Card: ATi RADEON 3200 HD Graphics 512mb
RAM: 3.0 Ghz
OS: Windows 7

Try going into a single player game first.

Why do you have another Programs Files on a separate drive?

I'm not sure if AMD stopped updating the HD 3000 series or not, but you should make sure your drivers are up to date just to be sure that's not the problem.

remove the -dxlevel 90 startup option and update drivers.

Also, is it a Mobility Radeon or an ordinary Radeon? It seems bit weird seeing that in a laptop. Do give us the laptop model name.

Is an Acer Aspire 6530 and yes, about the RAM, i meant Gigabytes, and indeed of course it is a Mobility Radeon and i checked for updates an nothing.

Anyways, i retried it Yesterday without modifying anything and it worked fine, Sending Client Info was back to normal (2-5), countedhow long it took to join server, the result was 3 minutes, it was an RP server, after joining, i tried joining to other server (i am afraid they were RP aswell), adn everyhting was just fine, BUT....
In the forth time i wanted to join another Server just to verify everything was just fine, and it took 15 min "Sending" the Client Info. and i closed GMOD the CTRL + ALT + DEL way D:, After that i didn't tried again and played some Black Ops. :3
