• Getting source engine models in to 3DS Max?

I've been googling around, and I can't find a working method of getting source engine models in to 3DS Max. I've figured out animation [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wVt7hE5zMpc]as seen here[/url] but can't find a tutorial on how to get a source ragdoll in to 3DS. Any help?
Decompile model, get smd plugin for max, import.

Anybody know how to get the ragdolls prepped up for animation yet? I've PM'd Jeggis and I'm waiting for his response, but in the meantime...?
