I recently found this nice little QR Code reader for my computer. It's called QReader and is good if you wanted to read the codes with your computer or just couldn't get a device that could read QR codes for whatever reason. Now you may be asking: "What is a QR Code?" Well basically it's those weird black and white square things you've seen around. If you need a more official description...
A QR code (abbreviation for Quick Response code) is a specific matrix barcode (or two-dimensional code) that is readable by dedicated QR barcode readers and camera telephones. The code consists of black modules arranged in a square pattern on a white background. The information encoded may be text, URL, or other data.
Now maybe you're a little more curious. If you want this program, here's the "How to use" from the creator's blog:
1: Make sure you have a working webcam and Adobe AIR installed. 2: Download and install QRreader. 3: Get a scan-able QR code (generated on a device, or printed) 4: Hold up the QR code to your webcam. Make sure your webcam can see the entire code, and that your code is evenly lit. 5: If your webcam sees the code, the white brackets will turn red. Then you will hear a *beep* sound once the code has been read properly.

Get it here
This has been out since March 8th 2010, but I searched and didn't see a FP thread about it, so here you go. [editline]29th June 2011[/editline] If you want to try it.
