Realtek HD Audio picking up what my computer is playing.

I've disabled stereo mix, enabled it at zero volume, messed with the options on the driver and on Windows 7.
It picks up the audio even when my headphones are muted from the headset, so I know it's not the sound leaking and looping.
What do?

You could uninstall the realtek audio manager and just use the Windows controls, it can fix things

A clean reinstall of the drivers can fix things...

Maybe it's background noise? Go to all your recording device settings and under "Enhancements" check off "Noise Suppression" and "Acoustic Echo Cancellation."
