Bulletstorm looks fun but it's hilarious if you think it's not a generic shooter. Still better than modern warfare though.

Bulletstorm looks like one of those shooter games people used to play on the PC but modern. Like Serious sam but new

Today generic shooters are brown and bloom "real life war scenarios".
Bulletstorm is hopefully gonna break this tradition.
I'm waiting for Activision to file a lawsuit against the maker of this.
Because that's something I'd totally expect them to do.
How would Activision even make a Bulletstorm parody? The game seems pretty ridiculous already, not sure how you would do it.

No, you see the difference between the games that they try to illustrate here is that CoD tries to be real serious and mature but a lot of the "realistic" stuff is just fucking unrealistic and stupid and often makes no sense. Often because they try to juggle between realism and fun. Which doesn't really work that well since fun in this case means kicking ass and going on an adrenaline filled killing spree with all sorts of shit you carry in your pocket, which is completely unrealistic.
Bulletstorm just tries to be a shooter with lots of guns and gore and tells realism to sod off.
Bulletstorm doesn't look amazingly fun or great or anything like that, but that's not the point I'm going for either, nor the parody they made.

Fair points but he just seems a bit butthurt to be honest.
Also, I know its called DUTY CALLS, but I see it more of a stab at the current FPS genre in general.
