This is the first logo I've made legitimately for a client, and have run into a bit of a snafu... That texture along the outer edge is a white brush layer over the top of the black outer circle (he said he wanted a "torn paper sort of look"). We're almost done with this logo, and then I get an a-mail saying "that's great, just take the white out"
D:
So I'm in two predicaments now: 1 how the hell do I delete the background layer? 2 how can I create this texture around the logo's outer rim without overlapping with white? I know I'm in this predicament due to setting up wrong in the beginning, but this has been a learning process. Is there any way I could Introduce that texture on a transparent background? Maybe delete using an eraser with brushstroke? I'm not sure what all my options are, as I'm new to working with vector images... I completely appreciate any help I could get on this from anyone.
Thank you :)
