• Motherboards, CPUs, and RAM

I'm looking to rebuild my current machine now that I'm making a bit of cash. I've already got a graphics card picked out (EVGA GTX 560 Ti), so now I'm looking for a new motherboard to go with it. And, as I'm buying a new mobo, I also need new RAM (Currently 6GB DDR2), and a new processor (Current: 2.66ghz Core 2 Duo). A list of some things that I'm looking for is as follows: UEFI instead of BIOS (Although most, if not all, Sandy Bridge motherboards have UEFI) i5/i7/i9 compatibility. I'm going to get an i5 CPU at first, but room for expansion is also nice. Must have two (2) PCI-E 2.0 x16 slots (I will be running two cards in SLI, so I need space for two cards) I'd also like 4+ SATA ports, and more than one fan port, if possible. I've got a budget of $250, but I've got a portion of my income dedicated to spending cash at $40 a week, so I'll have $594 by January. (to spend on my PC. I'm making more than that...) Just try to keep the RAM, CPU, and motherboard at $3-400 or less. I'm not looking for anything fancy, just something that'll last a few years. ONE LAST NOTE: I remember reading an article about SATA degradation in certain Sandy Bridge motherboards, resulting in data corruption on the third and fourth SATA ports. Do not suggest a motherboard with this defect. If you wouldn't mind explaining that matter, then there might be a bonus of sorts in it for you. Thanks for your help, and I look forward to seeing your replies.
RAM - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231277 Yea I know it's 1600 mhz but it's $27 right now and 1333 is $29, so why not. MOBO - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130573 I have this board and it has worked great for me so far, has all the things you need basically. CPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115072 Intel 2500k, not much to say other than it's great. edit: 900 posts, cool.
