• Computer display horribly glitching.

This sometimes happens after BF4 crashes (which is a lot), my display will have these random squares of completely corrupt images popping up everywhere. Usually, it only stays there for a few seconds after BF4 closes but it's never been this bad before. I'm guessing it's because the game crashed my computer a few hours ago to the point where I had to turn it off and back on. I remember there was some Windows program that scanned your hard drive for corrupt files but I can't find it.
Yeah, that's not hard drive corruption, that's hardware damage. Your GPU is failing (or overheating).
I had the exact same issue and the day after I found out that my GPU had literally melted from overheating. Remove it immediately. Do not stress it AT ALL
And then what? Clean it? Reinstall something? Buy a new one? [editline]26th January 2014[/editline] As of last night, my display stopped displaying unless I was in safe mode. [editline]26th January 2014[/editline] I did a system restore and that seems to have fixed the display, but now I'm unsure about running anything graphically intensive.
Run this http://www.piriform.com/speccy/download/standard and give me temps. Then I might be able to help.
This has happened several times to me as well. I probably should do something about it, but im planning on upgrading within the next few months anyway so Idk.
