So, I decided to give my newfound HDMI port on my graphics card a shot (I have no clue in god's earth how I didn't see it before) and as soon as I moved everything out; Sure enough, My (unfortunate) luck got at me and I had spastic fucking display issues. It seriously looked like Satan decided to rape my TV.
It's not a big deal to me if it doesn't work; It's not like I don't have a monitor to play it on or something. Also, Something worth noting was that as soon as I plugged in the PSU I heard a strange buzzing noise coming from it. I immediately thought "Oh, I'll be a dumbass and try this anyways." (Basically anyways.) and went through with booting the PC, logging into Vista and having my TV possessed and raped.

Thanks for reading.
[editline]NVidia[/editline]
If any NVidia fanboys come in here and start stuff, Shit's gonna hit the fan.
Even though you've written alot, I understood total jackshit of all this. Is it only the tv messing up? And how does it look? Artifacting, or is it flickering?
Change the settings in the Digital flat panel tab in CCC. Try pixel format, and make sure it's not underscanning.
Thanks, Shadaez. It worked. Much appreciated.
and GoGong, I thought I had like, fried my GPU at first but it turns out I didn't. The only case this has happened before on my actual monitor is when I tried to overclock it, in which case was still a dumb move.
Overclocking a GPU isn't dumb, you just have to know how to stress-test it, etc., check temperatures, compare temperatures to the ones in reviews, and so on.
It started again. For the record, I just need one validation from someone who knows about GPU architecture...
If I boot the PC in safe mode, and everything is working properly, does this mean that the GPU could be defected in it's physical state, or is this solely a driver error?
It might run it at lower speeds in safemode, so I don't know.
