The game sorta set him up to be a potentially a big villain and was already set up to be both threatening, a bit untrustworthy and easy to hate, but it never really happens. It just seemed out of character for Michael to sorta just follow through and make amends with him, when the rest of the game he was more than willing to take on even the likes of the CIA and FBI. Never gets any sort of comeuppance and such.

I honestly never thought Clap was that bad, he's actually one of my favorite characters :v: (Minus P-S where they pretty much removed any personality he had and made him incredibly boring.) Lilith on the other hand got so much worse as the series progressed. The BL2 DLCs + Pre-Sequel made her the worst character in the series imo.

Rico from the Killzone games.
In Killzone 1 and Liberation he's a an alright character but in Killzone 2 & 3 he becomes this completely irredeemable, hate-able pile of garbage.
Even in the story he causes an absolute shit load of trouble and his actions are enormously responsible for the grim situation and tone of the 3rd game.

Even in the base game of 2 she was a complete idiot who repeatedly just fucked things up and made everything worse, while blaming everyone else for her mistakes. I really grew to loathe Lilith through multiple playthroughs of 2.

Also playing through Warframe recently, I can't stand The Operator. I almost wish I'd never done the quest unlocking them, so then I wouldn't have to put up with them chiming in every few minutes with some inane observation about the enemies I'm fighting.

I'm 99% sure you can turn the Operator's random dialogue off entirely. Just like how you can with Ordis.

He's funny imo. For some reason, the Delta ops that die at the gate in the beggining of the game after they mock you piss me off to the point of always slide kicking their skeletons around.
