No matter what I am doing, sometimes my laptop slows down to a halt and starts beeping like crazy. Also, my inputs are delayed before/after it happens, and it's very hard to get rid of. The beeps come out of my Headphones, not the laptop. The computer is an Acer E1-521 (http://www.acer.ca/ac/en/CA/content/model/NX.M3CAA.002) and I am running Windows 8, 64 bit. I know the deal, here's my temperatures.

Your graphics card is a little on the hot side, possibly overheating but high temperatures can sometimes be expected from a laptop. You should check the BIOS for any settings which tell the compute to beep if something specific happens. Also when the beeping starts happening keep task manager open and see if any process is slowing the computer down by using lots of CPU or memory
Steam itself seems to use the most memory when I am in game, I have no idea why. This has happened with EVERY COMPUTER I HAVE OWNED (not the beeping, just steam taking a lot of cpu) and I don't know why. Then again, I have never owned a "good" computer, LOL.
What do I check for in the BIOS? Any specific words to know I am on the right track?
Steam always uses a shitload of memory, that's normal for Steam. In BIOS it should either say beep/warn/alert when something happens. My computer has an option to beep when cpu reaches over a certain temperature or when the fan stops working
Nope, nothing like that.
I think I did it! I think?

I took the lids to 4 Pepsi bottles and put them under the rubber feet of my Laptop.
Also, I changed some settings on my PC. (changed high performance to balanced)
The beeping has stopped... for now. Also, the computer itself is considerably cooler to the touch.
