Flashy hardware means shit when the games mostly suck.
"supercharged like a PC" . . . and the very next sentence: "x86-based CPU"
I haven't used a 32 bit processor in years.
-snip eh it's not worth it-
"30k polygons on PS4"
I'm happy with my 100k+ polygons on characters in star citizen MWAHAHAHA
Supercharged PC? More like a supercharged netbook, lets be honest, how good is it really if it is still using 32 bit?
I can't lie I'm impressed by the digital puppeteering.

you're an idiot, x86 refers to the instruction set architecture that intel maintain which includes x86-64, aka our 64 bit processors that we use in PCs
study up and stop thinking mindless pedantry makes you clever: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X86

Do you even know what differences it would make?

You know 64 bit processors are still x86 based? They are shorted to x64, however, the full name is x86-64:

They may have neglected the 64, either way, I don't care, as I'm a PC Gamer anyways :P
none of the games looked good
none of the games looked good
Watch_Dogs did, I'll get that on my PC.
Is that...
Is that a competently written BBC article on games and technology I see?
The impossible has happened.
Watched the Killzone gameplay video and damn was that lack luster. Totting about graphics and you have flower petals and leaves popping up into existence outside a 10 foot radius of the player.
Graphics have never been high on my list of things I care about, but if you're going to pump up your shit saying its like a "supercharged PC" then I expect it to at minimum be on par with current PC capabilities. Blatant word play to trick the ignorant masses into thinking the PS4 is something it's not. And then you have people saying things like:
"The PS4 games we saw today don't look that much better than the best beauties on the PS3 - until you look for the smaller details".
"It seems like you can see further into the distance in these games' worlds. More sparks fly, more smoke swirls".
Are you serious. I wouldn't even remotely care if consoles weren't leading the medium and therefor limiting progress. It's not enough that we get dead-locked into an era of graphics, but with that hardware lock comes the limitation of progress on things that matter. Games universally having shitty AI is something I'm getting rather tired with.
I can't wait for the gaming industry to collapse. It needs a good refresh of its priorities.
wait, destiny is for ps4?
