your going to struggle to find a good android phone for that price im afraid.
For 200? [editline]11th March 2011[/editline] http://gizmodo.com/#!5517997/verizons-htc-droid-incredible-priced-at-200 ??? Oh god I don't know shit about phones. [editline]11th March 2011[/editline] If it helps, I live in New Zealand.
well i got a contracted phone, and i got the galaxy S i9000 and without my contract it would have cost me ~£400. and thats a very good phone, it depends what you want it for to be honest.
Would this be good? http://www.mobicity.co.nz/htc-smart.html
Would this be good? http://www.mobicity.co.nz/htc-smart.html
It doesn't have Android.
It doesn't have Android.
It uses the "Brew Mobile Platform". Which I haven't even fucking heard of. I do have to say, that HTC UI makes it hard to just look at a device and figure what OS it's running.
orange san fran or zte blade
It doesn't have Android.
Woah, mindfuck. [editline]12th March 2011[/editline]
orange san fran or zte blade
I want to buy within New Zealand. [editline]12th March 2011[/editline] the i5800 sounds good.
HTC Wildfire?
It uses the "Brew Mobile Platform". Which I haven't even fucking heard of. I do have to say, that HTC UI makes it hard to just look at a device and figure what OS it's running.
Brew MP is HTC's in-house dumbphone OS
If you can get the Orange San Francisco/ZTE Blade, do it. Vastly better than other Android phones in its price range. It can do almost everything I can do on my Galaxy S at a quarter of the price, and is built really well and has a fantastic screen (same resolution as the high end handsets) considering the price.
I wouldn't get less than a Motorola Defy.
I wouldn't get less than a Motorola Defy.
The DEFY's locked down like a maximum security prison, you're lucky if you can get MotoBLUR off it, not speaking about updates. Motorola's very bad at keeping their devices up-to-date, they'll release Froyo for the DEFY in late Q2. :geno:
Really, get the ZTE Blade, there is a wide selection of ROMS available and its increadibly easy to root.
ZTE Blade, get it. I'm on 2.3.3 on it because the awesome modability.
ZTE Blade, get it. I'm on 2.3.3 on it because the awesome modability.
Which ROM, I found the 2.3 rom to be damn unstable and almost unusable?
Where can I get the ZTE blade from in NZ? Also, I can go higher than 150. I can't edit thread titles.
Virgin Mobile has some adriod phones for cheap
Virgin Mobile has some adriod phones for cheap
Yeah the Optimus V is awesome.
Which ROM, I found the 2.3 rom to be damn unstable and almost unusable?
CM7 R2, It still has problems but it's pretty stable for me, I hate ADW being on it though.
the i5800 sounds good.
The i5800 is awesome and you should buy it now.
