I don't know anything about GPUs or PSUs so I'd like some help finding some good ones, haha.
If you guys can recommend alternatives to those that are better for around the same price, that would be great.
I would also like a nice case recommendation.
Budget is about £600-£650, who knows.
Thanks.

Slightly cheaper motherboard, the Extreme4 is still just as good. If you're eligible for Amazon Prime trial, use it. 2 day free shipping is amazing.
So no water cooling? I'm a bit interested in OCing the CPU.
Thanks for the motherboard suggestion, also will that GPU run Battlefield 3? forgot to mention in the OP I would really like to run it easily.
I also found this RAM, is the extra £11 worth it?

That case looks really nice too.
No, RAM speed isn't important at all unless you're using integrated graphics.
Water cooling is not nearly as effective as air cooling for the price, good water cooling can run you up a few hundred bucks. The Hyper 212 EVO is the perfect balance between cost and performance, most can hit 4.5GHz easy on their i5's with it.
The 7870 will run Battlefield 3 on ultra preset in 1920x1200 at an average of 59fps with no MSAA. http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/548

I'd suggest getting http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CML8GX3M2A1600C9-Vengeance-1600MHz-Memory/dp/B00569K7LM/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1352359292&sr=1-1 instead of the standard Vengeance RAM as the heatsinks can cause issues with aftermarket CPU coolers.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/customer-media/product-gallery/B00569K7LM/ref=cm_ciu_pdp_images_remote_1?ie=UTF8&index=1&isremote=1 as shown here in the 5th picture, they're very tall and obstructive.
Alright, thanks a lot man.
However, one thing, the PSU seems a bit expensive. Are there no alternatives? I know about the whole 80+ thing, but that just seems a little pricey.
You can get other ones for cheaper, a few reasons why I chose that one though:
- Efficient
- 2 x 6 Pin Connectors and 2 x 6+2 Pin Connectors for multi-GPU setups, leaving you with a nice future upgrade path.
- OEM'd by Seasonic, one of the most reliable PSU brands
- Looks cool as fuck
Alright, I guess I'll stick with it. I've had my current PSU for about 5 years and it's just some crappy £15 one from some store, not 80+ whatever or anything.
Hasn't blew up yet.
They generally won't unless heavily loaded, but you definitely don't chance it with this much in components. There are some cheaper PSU's that you could use and are as reliable, but by getting this you wouldn't have to upgrade it the next time you feel like giving your PC an overhaul, and probably not for a couple times after that.
