Awful Game Performance since updating to Catalyst 13.1?

Hi, Lately I've been getting terrible performance in games and I am not sure if it is because I updated the Catalyst drivers to 13.1 or not. Normally these games ran perfectly fine.

My Graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 6950

Newer drivers aren't always better drivers.

Right you are my good man, uninstalled 13.1 and went back to 12.11 beta 11. Works fine now.

13.1 isn't a beta, at least it didn't say it was beta. As for 12.11 beta 11, it was the latest of the 12 series I found, if it doesn't work then I can just roll back to 12.10

I haven't got any performance drops whatsover on my HD7950 using 13.2 beta 4. But also on the 13.1 it works fine no performance drops only gains.

I guess 13.1 doesn't like the 6000 series
