Will it cost much? I'm changing the PSU but I can't really go to 800 since the OS itself is a money burner for me.

the neo ecos are already seasonic oem
In my opinion, I'd go ahead and spend 10 dollars more for an ivy bridge i3 instead of using their last generation chips.
