Not if the doctor was administering the drugs, but even if he gets manslaughter, he's still going to get like life for the drug charges. My police friend said he arrested a guy selling like 20 Oxycontin tablets he got with a forged script, and he got 25+ years.

If you read into the story of the man, you'll understand that he lacked a childhood of his own, so became obssessed with children and child-related things. He wanted to experience what childhood meant, so he surrounded himself with children and childish things to try to fill in for his loss.
Its simple cause and effect.
But you have to realise if this man had insomnia and was starting to look like shit, he was already in a bad way. So do we blame the man that overdosed him or the people that fucked him up.
