I accidentally killed my old computer so I decided that was a good time to learn how to build my own. I've made a couple of bad parts lists but I think this one is pretty not shitty. I've decided to come to you guys to see if it truly is "not that shitty".

My main concerns are running games at 60fps on Medium settings, streaming, and rendering/compiling maps, art, music and videos. This is my first time doing something like this so I'd appreciate any feedback.
Thanks.
Don't get an AMD CPU
Why are you only getting one RAM stick?
Here's what I got, but I'd like to get feedback from someone more experienced

If your budget is really tight, you can downgrade that i5 to a cheaper i5 4460, or an i5 4430 and a B85 series chipset motherboard
It'll still outperform any FX processor by far

Isn't it worse to have 2x4 GB instead of 1x8?
I chose the AMD processor because I assumed more cores are better, is it about the speed?

You're better off having two modules because it takes advantage of dual channel memory. It doesn't really make a difference in gaming, but it's worth it in case you ever do something memory intensive. Unless you only have 2 RAM slots on your motherboard, there's no reason not to get it
The FX cores aren't really fully-fledged cores. The processor has "modules" which are somewhat alike regular cores, but have two integer(whole-number) cores that AMD advertises as two separate cores. It gives each core terrible single-threaded performance, which is a really bad idea, especially for older or badly optimised games/software. The processors are equal in properly multithreaded games, but even intel's pentium runs circles around the FX series when single-threaded performance is a key, which is most games
The multithread performance is only equal on the 8 cores though
The multithread performance is only equal on the 8 cores though
It's equal to the i3 for the FX 6-, which is a better comparison than an i5 because of the price difference
Most properly-threaded games barely run differently from an i3 to an i7 or FX anyway
Can you tell me what's your budget please?

Yeah, the 8320 is identical in performance to a 4670k clock for clock on properly multithreaded games, problem is not many are

AMD's (current) individual cores are way slower.
Some applications take full advantage of all available cores and will run very well on AMD processors. Games are not those applications.
