Basically some guy figured out how to cheat the speeding camera tickets by wearing a monkey mask, which makes it impossible to identify him as the driver. strange because generally they issue the ticket to the owner of the vehicle not the driver aka if your brother is driving your car and gets in an accident, you're liable, not him

You can flash your hand up in front of your face as well. It's really bullshit anyways (I live in AZ) they already said speed cameras were unconstitutional, but it doesn't go into effect until like next year so they are frantically putting them up everywhere to rake in cash before it's too late.

It ONLY matters who is driving it. This is why red light cameras and speed cameras are bullshit to begin with. Even insurance companies hate them. Red light cameras in particular because they CAUSE accidents at an alarming rate. This is made worse by the fact that cities will often shorten the length of yellow lights at intersections with red light cameras in order to increase income from tickets.

If you tell the judge that continuing through the intersection was a safer option than slamming on the brakes, they'll probably revoke the ticket.
