I do lots of autotune remixes. Some got fairly popular, like:

But my problem is that Antares Autotune seems to suck the voice out from the samples I use. I can only autotune higher-pitched voices well, and when doing so they become a generic robot. I do use rather extreme settings to autotune, so I can get the "T-Pain" effect, but I don't think that's the only problem, because I never could get Antares working too well with lower voices clearly.
I WANT to be able to autotune like this guy:

The voice remains clear, and even though its a low voice, its clearly coming through, and it still sounds like the original speaker's voice.
So does anyone have any idea what VST I should use in order to autotune more clearly, and be able to use low voices? Or if I just need to tweak my Antares settings?
antares is about the best you can get, you just need to tweak your settings.
Just a tip, if you have a high quality audio file (none of this 192k MP3, you need some good shit) you'll end up with smoother audio

She loves what?
Well you're right, it doesn't help that I'm autotuning Youtube videos... having a 192+ MP3 would help.
But I've realized, it seems like some people doing these smooth autotunes are using Melodyne instead of Antares. Maybe I should try out Melodyne?

WHAT DO YOU THINK
OK, I switched to Melodyne and... this program is seriously a million times better. It takes like double the effort, but the result is FANTASTIC.
edit: whoops, sorry if there's a rule against double posting, I thought it was OK to bump showing that I found the answer.
Oh dude, I subscribed to you a while back, awesome.
Those are actually pretty funny. Your pretty good at this. A lot better than I am anyway.
Ask tpain.
Heh, this is still the best autotune I've seen

Those guys do great autotuning, but their acting is always a bit over-the-top silly for me.
There's always parts of their videos that are just awesome though, when they're just autotuning stuff. The "turtle fence" video up till 1:14 is one of my all-time favorite autotunes:
