• Remenants of Screensavers
    4 replies, posted
Hey, I've got some screensavers that were apparently installed with a program I installed earlier (don't ask) and I'd like to get rid of em. Both the Egirl files and Hal 9000. This may be due to the fact that I deleted their registry entries (hopefully) in order to hide them from the add/remove programs list. Atleast, I did that with Egirl. Not sure why Hal is still there. They're probably in the same place as the other screensavers which I think is C:/Windows. The files end in .scr if you have file extensions enabled
check sys32 or sys
Hallelujah. Thanks man Though I begin to question why I didn't think of that in the first place... Ah well whatever. What's done is done. Thanks for the help.
