GFWL/Xbox Live Parental Issues

I am unable to do anything on my GFWL/Xbox Live account because it thinks I have a parental account somewhere.
It shows this:

This is after I sign in with my regular account, and accept the new terms of service.

I have contacted Xbox Live support chat, I was told to call support and talked to them for around a half-hour. Was then told to go to Windows Live Support Forums, couldn't figure out how to use that terrible website, anywhere you click just re-directs you to a page that tells you to reset your password... which isn't my issue.

I have now ended up here with no solutions because Microsoft support sucks major ass, they can't figure out what email address my parental account is associated with, or remove my Parental account.

You should be able to see what the email is from within your xbox somewhere, don't quote me though.

I don't own an Xbox, but my Xbox live account is the same as my Games For Windows Live account. And the person i chatted with from microsoft said i should see the email when i try to log in.
