Shame this'll get overlooked because Fallout 4 cleaned house. This is great news!
Honestly I'm more excited for this than fallout 4
I'm excited for both, looks really good this, even if it was only CGI.
Looks cool but I'm pretty disappointed that it's a sequel. It's going to be a case of "this ending is canon and the other aren't" which is a pretty shit way of doing things imo. [editline]15th June 2015[/editline]
not exactly considering [sp]corvo is her father[/sp]
This is never said explicitly in the game though afaik.
I don't recall seeing the ending of the first game so I don't think I ever completed it, but I liked it for what it was. I hope we see more of the Observer, that mysterious fuck
This is never said explicitly in the game though afaik.
It was VERY heavily implied.
It was VERY heavily implied.
PLOT TWIST: [sp]Daud is the father[/sp]
You would end up with a really retarded and illogical ending which did not make sense. [sp]killing a few unnamed faceless guards during your missions (doesn't even have to be your assassination targets, it can just be random-ass guards) would give you an ending in which the whole city is all gloomy and descending into ruin and chaos and the whole world has gone to shit and darkness and gloom and etc etc. wtf?[/sp] Game was filled with awesome gadets and powers which you couldn't ever use unless you wanted the game to berate you for it and accept you will get the shitty ending.
Not entirely true, in order to get the two dark endings, you need to kill off the majority of characters and do a couple of evil things in order to trigger high chaos. Being very stealthy and only killing a couple of guards will still give you the low chaos ending. Apart from that, I don't think the endings should be taken too seriously as a reflection of your style anyway, because it condenses the consequences of your action quite heavily. Just play the game in whatever way it is fun to you, be that mass murder or pacifism.
I killed a couple guards and still got low chaos
It wasn't just a "preferred method" it was required to get the good ending and you were punished if you killed people. You would end up with a really retarded and illogical ending which did not make sense. Also I found that, while the world was really cool, the characters were incredibly flat and boring. Hopefully they improve that a bit.
Well you think the "bad" ending was shitty but that's just your opinion. I think it was better than the "good" one.
I killed everything that moved and loved watching the city get darker and darker, the ending was perfect.
