Adult Swim has closed a deal with Twentieth Television for exclusive off-network cable rights to 20th Century Fox TV’s animated comedy series Bob’s Burgers, now in its third season on Fox and renewed for a fourth. The deal includes Seasons 1-3 of Bob’s Burgers, which will begin airing on Adult Swim this summer. I hear the license fee is just shy of $500,000 an episode, in line with what TBS and Adult Swim paid for Twentieth TV’s animated comedy The Cleveland Show in 2010. In addition to Cleveland, Bob’s Burgers will join two other current/former Fox animated comedies on Adult Swim, Family Guy and King Of The Hill.
it was released on the 1st of may but i just discovered it now
I quite enjoy Bobs Burgers. I would love to see it aired daily.
adult swim is awesome
just wish we got this shit on our adult swim channel, i will never be happy
Seems fitting after adult swim had home movies.
Meh.
I don't hope this happens, the only way I can watch it is on Hulu.
Boy they sure got screwed with that cost for The Cleveland Show.

I don't see why that show gets the hate it gets when it's just as good (or would you say bad) as Family Guy. Don't get me wrong FP, I hate Family Guy too, but I see no reason why anyone would like one over the other because they are so similar. I guess Family Guy is too popular to get as much hate, and it came first and spinoffs often feel forced.
Well the Cleveland Show followed the same format as any "Fox's perfect family", its a very unfunny format

As someone who doesn't like either show it might be harder to tell, but as someone who used to enjoy Family Guy a lot, Cleveland Show is very different and very, very awful.
No way is Cleveland show nearly as funny as Family Guy. That show's writing is literally facepalm inducing. I would compare it to the new MAD show on Cartoon Network. It's that bad.
Maybe I'm alone here, but the only time Bob's Burgers ever made me laugh was the Archer crossover.

I agree but I guess like Jebus said, I am not a big fan of either so I guess it's harder to tell

I liked season 1, havent watched season 2 or season 3 but its not a bad series
never liked any episodes of Bob's Burgers I've seen.
Thanks for helping the Canadian economy Adult Swim <3
No seriously, this show is animated here in BC by Bardel Entertainment, the guys who brought you The Road to El Dorado.
maybe this will stop adult swim from being the seth macfarlane channel half the goddamn time
They play more than just Family Guy, you know
They play more than just Family Guy, you know
they also play the cleveland show and american dad!
That accounts for... ~5% of what they air
I am biased because I support any of H. Jon Benjamin's escapades, but I think this is pretty cool.
That being said, I have never had a chuckle at Bob's Burgers, and I only watch it for "the voice".
they also play the cleveland show and american dad!
they play american dad and family guy
they very occasionally play the cleveland show
[editline]11th May 2013[/editline]
which are 3 out of the 19 or so shows that adult swim regularly plays
they also play the cleveland show and american dad!
Cleveland Show is on only one once a night on Saturdays. That's 30 minutes per week. I don't think that's too big to ignore.
I like American Dad
I like American Dad
American Dad was probably the cleverest of Seth MacFarlane's cartoons.
I wish we still had Adult Swim.
okay i've never heard of bob's burgers before and i thought they were gonna make a series out of this
American Dad was probably the cleverest of Seth MacFarlane's cartoons.
it's good because he doesn't have much to do with it other than voice acting

I don't understand what you mean.
