Very nice, I loved that game, although I never finished it. It would be cool to see the other characters too, or possibly a background.

I like it. A lot. It probably has something to do with my Cave Story obsession, though
If I were to suggest anything, I'd say you should add a little more detail to Quote's gun (if that is a gun or just the background I don't know)
what brush do you use?
I use a square brush that I made a while ago, I love working with it
The hat is especially nice.
