I'm a Christian- there I said it. I wonder how many dumb ratings I'll get just from that. Look, I love facepunch, I love reading it, but when it comes to religion I feel ashamed of what I believe in. You're an atheist that's great; I'm [b]not[/b] going to attack your beliefs on this website, or anywhere else, so why do you have to always be bashing mine? I don't think anyone on facepunch who actually has a religion is going to tell an atheist that their beliefs are stupid, because most of them know what it's like to get shit for what they believe, so they aren't going to make anyone else deal with that. I scroll through and I see a thread with "bible thumper" in the title, are you fucking kidding me? I find that extremely offensive. What if you used other things to describe people in your thread title? Like "that dirty Jew" or "That fucking faggot" and you just hated on a race or sexual orientation? That isn't ok, so why can you just destroy my beliefs? What makes them less valid than a race, or a group of people who are of a certain sexual orientation?
Look, all I'm trying to say, is that if you're an atheist, cool, keep it to yourself and be respectful, don't think it's cool to openly bash what I believe, because it isn't.

I don't mind religious people. I however hate people who are overly religious.
