Shitty Google translate article. A Norwegian ISP is having trouble because of some American company so tons of users in Norway, Sweden and Denmark (possibly other countries), are affected because this ISP is huge and has sub-companies in these countries.

Stuff like Facebook, Engadget, Steam, Playstation Network, etc. doesn't work, or is really really really slow.

Only Telenor and Canal Digital users in Norway was affected, and not every site went down.

Most worked for me through this entire thing.
