does it usally take 10 business days to get things from newegg.ca?

No it usually takes 3-5days. Depending from where it shipped from (Usually BC or Ontario), I'd say 6-7days. Also depends on when it was shipped and how long it took to process. I know NCIX verified my order and then took 4days to start shipping.
ordered it on monday, there some still stuck in ontario aswell some on its way to NB
