using this extracted file type " SOUNDNODEATTENUATION" File

i used an unreal engine extractor to open up chivalry: medieval warfare, so i could get the hilarious yells and taunts and effects and such, and all of the sound files appear to be in this format:
"SOUNDNODEATTENUATION File" i thought they would be in OGG. format. how would i work with those? as in turn them into MP3 or wma's? here is a picture of what i am seeing below. is this the right way to get sound files? i tried following the tutorial on the chivalry forums, that said how to use umodel, but the command prompts never work. i would assume that is just because i am messing up a step. if this is not the right way, then how do i get sound files from chivalry, or other games? i keep hearing people do that for their own projects.
