Alright, so I decided to hook my TV up on my wall last night for a 3rd monitor.
For whatever reason though, even after GPU Scaling to get it to fit perfectly (as for all HDMI Screens, it seems) - it seems to be too.. big? All resolutions are of 1080p, and all are the same refresh rate.
It's a 42" LG 42LV4400 Television - but just curious why the task bar + everything in general is so much bigger, regardless of the resolution being fine.
I understand it's 42" and up close - but it still doesn't excuse the over size of everything.

ALSO: I cannot scroll half the time on this screen?
Also I've tried everything. Scaling, switching my TV to saying it's on "PC" - going through all of Catalyst I can think of.. everything. Switched scaling options on my TV. Anything really.
It's totally normal unless it's something else
I can see that your clock is small so that means it's set to small icons, Go to properties from your 3rd screen task bar and where you find auto-hide you should find use small icons, it's proberly unchecked, check it and your done!

Aren't those the new buttons from 10?
It is definitely 10 unless he's got a custom themepack.

Windows 10 has been released? Or is that a preview
I get those icons on my touch screen windows 8 not 8.1 but he has the start button so I'd say win 8.1

Anyway it might be a bug or a new "feature".
