• PC Locks up while gaming / playing

This issue randomly started yesterday, when i open any game about 5 minutes in, it will start to freeze for a few secs, then go back to normal to finally end up in a lockup where i have to hard reset my computer.. the computer was fine before and i had no issues, i checked the temps and they were fine ( 60C ) Alredy tried doing a clean driver installation, using a lower version etc specs OS:Window 8 x64 GPU:GTX 660 TI CPU:Intel Core I5 3.10 GHz Ram:DDR3 8 GB Motherboard:Asus i really dont remember the exact model
Try updating your BIOS
Is that temp from load (during gameplay) or idling? I'd take a look at that and see if it's dusty inside the case. Could be overheating under the load from gaming causing the lock-ups.
The temp is from gaming when idle its arround 34c and my bios are updated i believe
See if you can run the games in windowed mode. Also, try bringing up the task manager up while playing and see if the CPU or memory is getting maxed out.
Ok so, a friend of mine suggested me to clean the GPU Slot, and well it seems it did the trick i have been playing MGR for 30+ minutes and so far no locks
