Not that I think that homosexuality is one of the major factors in spreading HIV (consdering that only homosexuals have the higher likelyhood of catching it) but you're saying saying that allowing same sex marraige would stop the problem initially "caused" by homosexuality. How does that make any sense?
Not that HIV is THAT big an issue that gay marriage shouldn't be allowed, but allowing gay marriage wouldn't really "help" the problem since the HIV problem for homosexuals was caused by homosexuality in the first place. Sort of an... odd argument to make.

I think (male) gay sex is more likely to transfer HIV. Lets face it, the ass isn't exactly equipped nor meant for sex, so its more likely that there might be a bit of blood transfer or a condom tear to permit blood transfer...

The risk of infection is common knowledge and there are initiatives in place to inform homosexuals of that risk and the subsequent benefits of condoms. Condoms are not [i]just[/i] contraceptives, they also curb infection, whether used for straight intercourse or gay.
