tf2 needs a jetpack gamemode, for the sake of having a jetpack gamemode
Needs less money pinching and low skill ceilings.
Of course a free game will make you pay for just adding a hat to your character.

Or being on equal footing as other characters in term of monetary/xp gain. Oh and there are a lot of items that have no equal free alternative.
Not just hats, guns and perks.
