Diablo 3 is much better without the auction house and always-online thing, it plays so smooth on the console.
can the console version stick the last nail in online mode? or is your fanbase still the guinea pigs for trying to reach a broader audience
I played the demo and Diablo 3 really does play best on consoles. That is a sentence that should never be said. Ever.
Gee not like people have been saying the auction house has no place in Diablo since the fucking beginning or anything.
Is it true that the controls make it play sort of like a twinstick?
Not really but it's far more action packed. On pc you click around a lot and here it feels more fluid and enjoyable to use. One stick is for movement and the other one for dodgerolls. It feels intuitive and very smooth. Compared to games like Diablo 2 or Torchlight, it feels far more intense and direct instead of clicking at objects.

Setting up an Auction House and then altering the way loot is dropped to make using the Auction House THE viable alternative was terrible. And I still say it was all done with the Real Money AH in mind to make Blizzard more money. Which they have now. So here comes the console version, let's get rid of it because people don't like it and look at that, more money
