Estonia's military says four Danish fighter jets arrived at the Ämari air base, some 40 kilometers (25 miles) southwest of the capital Tallinn on Wednesday. The Royal Danish Air Force F-16 planes will patrol the skies of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania for four months in coordination with NATO fighter jets stationed in Lithuania. After that, Germany will take over the rotational mission. In an opening ceremony, Estonia's Prime Minister Taavi Rõivas praised NATO's decision to deploy planes to the country, saying it will boost regional security. it's amazing how high tech the F-16 looks for a plane from the '70s, even today it looks cutting edge.

thank you based NATO

The F series of planes from the 70's are all sexy. I especially like the F-14.

I hope this doesn't backfire and antagonize Russia further. I know they're going to see this as an aggressive threat rather than a reaction to their own aggression.
i feel safer already

For all intents and purposes, what's going on is a direct reaction to Russian military activity. Claiming the contrary is ridiculous. They know that. It's obvious surrounding nations will become anxious when you decide to up and fucking annex a whole goddamn region from a large European country.
