• Installing Windows Ultimate

Well ~ Im not sure how to explain this .. so ill just start So i have a original copy of Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit Now that i have a laptop with 8 gigs of memory and Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit pre-installed on it (with a lot of pre installed programs .. which is also 1 of the reasons i want to install w7 ultimate 64 bit), i want to download and install another copy of Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit using my old 32 Bit Ultimate key ... Will that work ? I hope i did not post this in a wrong forum Thank you for your help
Yes, you can do so without a problem, just download a Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit ISO.
Or use something to enable PAE in the 32-bit version so you can use that extra memory.

Windows would get to the desktop, actually saw the full 4 GB of RAM, but it would just hang at some random point.
