need help getting rid of viruses

Ive got some viruses that i cannot get rid of, ive scanned with avast, Ive used Malwarebytes, and im not sure what else to do. Can someone help me out?

Can no one help me out with this? i have no idea what to do :C

You need to be more descriptive:

[*]Can you print-screen your Avast scan log and/or quarantine?
[*]Can you print-screen your active processes?

Virus removal is possible, though tedious. You could pay to have a local shop check it out if you're not comfortable with the methods you've performed. From experience, I usually spend 10 to 20 minutes on a client machine before I recommend a reformat. It's difficult for a third party to verify that all of your problems have been fixed and that your machine is completely clean.

Everything looks quite normal. Upload an image of your Startup processes:

Start > Run > msconfig > Startup

not anymore, But they always come up with nothing. Im scanning with avast one last time , a thorough scan.

You have viruses you can't get rid of, your processes look normal, your startup entries are fine, and your virus scanner shows no threats? Did I miss something?

I also forgot to mention that before i posted this, avast was going crazy, popping up every second saying it has detected a virus, the screen then turned blue, and now i can only boot into safe mode. Whenever i try to boot up into regular windows, it loads up, says explorer.exe has stopped working, And i cant do anything after that. Just a black screen

Avast going crazy doesn't tell me much. It seems like you're slightly up in the air when it comes to basic troubleshooting, so my friendly recommendation would be to reformat your computer, or attempt to restore Windows to a previous state.

How would i restore windows to a previous state? If you dont mind explaining to me
