All lows except Draw distance, find loot and be patient.
If you drop in a town with people right next to you, don't loot around- find the first gun you can and hunt em before they get weapons.

It looks nice but no way I'm ever paying 40$ for an early-access game, maybe if it's on sale for 20 then I'll consider buying it.
